Profile:

He completed his education as a Mechanical Engineer. He joined the industry in the year 1993, which was into General Engineering. In the year 1999, he started a proprietary firm named “Prasad innovations” to manufacture diamond tools for the dimensional stone processing industry. In the year 2005, as part of backward integration he started manufacture of Metal powders with help from senior scientists in the country. In the year 2012, Padmasree Enterprises had the opportunity to enter the Indian Defence industry by manufacturing Tungsten Heavy Alloys.

In the year 2019 Padmasree Enterprises has been converted into ‘Innomet Advanced Materials Private Limited’.

He was appointed as a Managing Director of our Company pursuant to an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 02,2019.

Currently, he is a Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in our company and oversees the day-to-day activities of our Company and preparing strategies and has a long-term vision for our company. He is an innovator and all the products manufactured are a result of his R & D mindset. He regularly participates in the National conventions in Powder metallurgy, and he keeps himself abreast with the latest happenings in the Powder Metal industry. He also passionately works with experts in this field across the globe. He constantly encourages young talented students with his talks.

On a personal front, he regularly practices Yoga & Meditation.
